Rex Marine’s Winter Storage provides seasonal slip rentals, featuring well-maintained floating docks for vessels up to 50 feet.
Docks are located on the west side of the Norwalk harbor, remaining well protected from storm conditions.

$500 charge per additional registered user for shared-use boats. Charter/Revenue-generating use requires Rex Marine authorization.
Absent Special Arrangements: Winter Floor Boats (unheated/VRS Building) will be launched or relocated outside by April 1, and may stay in-water at no charge for up to 3 days upon completion of Rex Marine Workorder.

Summer Rate: 4/22/26 to 10/18/26 ... $229/ft, Based on Larger of *LOA or Minimum Slip Size, Includes $25/ft Credit Towards Winter Storage.

Note: Bottom Wash is required upon hauling (at extra cost) if fouling is evident, or if Rex is painting bottom
*LOA = Length + Beam Over All. Outboard motors, swim platforms, anchor rollers/pulpits, and other appendages increase LOA. LOA often exceeds the model length designated by the boat builder. LOA and height are verified upon arrival.
CONTRACT TERMS: Payment due in full upon boat arrival, or October 18 for Winter, April 20 for Summer, whichever occurs first. Account balance must be zero to reserve Storage, VRS, and Dockage. You may deduct 2% for full payment by check.
MONTHLY RATES / Subject to Availability: Calculation Method for Contracts after Season has Started.
Monthly Rate = Seasonal Rate/Four. Example, One Month of Summer Indoor Rack ($152.00/per foot divided by 4 = $38.00/Per Foot)
6.35% CT Sales Tax is additional only to Summer Rates above. Winter Storage is sales tax-exempt
